Group Training Sports Training
I have spent years of my life as a wrestler, wrestling coach, and Marine Corp Martial Arts Instructor. I understand the commitment and demand that combat sports take on the body. I have put together a training program to help develop and maintain muscle strength, muscular endurance, power, balance quickness, and agility. With this multi phased program I can help wrestlers, MMA fighters, or someone who would like to become more athletic reach there goals and get their hands raised. Group Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00PM. Cost per class is $30.00
