Service Description

Our Strength Endurance Group Training class is designed for those who want to build a solid foundation of strength while improving muscular endurance, stability, and overall performance. Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance stamina, someone returning to fitness, or just aiming to improve functional strength for daily life, this class is for you! Using controlled tempo resistance training, we focus on developing muscular endurance while reinforcing proper movement patterns—helping you lift more efficiently, move better, and reduce injury risk. Workouts combine compound movements, core stability work, and progressive overload in a structured yet dynamic environment. With small group sizes of up to 8 people, you’ll get individualized attention from expert coaches while benefiting from the motivation and accountability of a team setting. If you’re ready to build strength that lasts, enhance muscular endurance, and take your fitness to the next level, this is the class for you!

Cancellation Policy

Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
