Service Description

Our Stability Endurance Group Training class is designed for individuals looking to build a strong, stable foundation while improving balance, core strength, and overall muscular endurance. Ideal for beginners, athletes, those recovering from past injuries, or anyone looking to correct muscle imbalances, this class focuses on enhancing joint stability, coordination, and movement control to support long-term fitness success. Through controlled tempo exercises, unilateral movements, and core activation drills, we reinforce proper mechanics and help you develop the foundational strength needed for more advanced training. This class is perfect for those who want to improve posture, prevent injuries, and move with confidence—whether in daily life or athletic performance. With small group sizes of up to 8 participants, you’ll receive personalized coaching and form corrections while benefiting from the camaraderie and accountability of group training. If you’re ready to increase stability, enhance endurance, and create a stronger, more resilient body, this is the class for you!

Cancellation Policy

Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
