Service Description
Our Senior Strength & Wellness Group Training class is specifically designed for older adults looking to maintain strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, and boost overall health in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to stay active, regain confidence in movement, or prevent age-related muscle loss, this class provides functional, low-impact exercises tailored to your needs. Each session focuses on gentle strength training, joint stability, flexibility, and core activation, using bodyweight movements, resistance bands, and light weights to promote safe, sustainable progress. The goal is to enhance daily function, reduce fall risk, and support longevity, all while training in a small, community-oriented group that fosters encouragement and motivation. With small group sizes of up to 8 participants, each individual receives personalized coaching, modifications as needed, and guidance on proper form to ensure safe and effective training. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
