Service Description
Our Hypertrophy Small Group Training class is designed for those looking to build muscle size, improve definition, and enhance strength through scientifically proven resistance training methods. This class is ideal for lifters of all experience levels who want to maximize muscle growth in a structured, progressive environment while benefiting from the motivation and accountability of a small group setting. Each session follows a strategic approach to hypertrophy training, focusing on controlled tempo movements, moderate-to-heavy resistance, and optimal rep ranges (6-15 reps per set) to create the time under tension necessary for muscle development. Workouts are designed to target all major muscle groups with compound and isolation movements, ensuring balanced growth and strength improvements. With small group sizes of up to 8 participants, you’ll get individualized coaching, form corrections, and expert programming tailored to your goals. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling • All group training sessions and one-on-one appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with your trainer. • Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to train. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule for all clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited. • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session with no opportunity for rescheduling. • If a session is canceled by Semper Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full credit or rescheduling option at no charge. Membership & Package Policies • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your membership terms. • If you need to pause or adjust your membership due to medical or personal reasons, please contact us directly to discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a structured, fair, and professional training environment.
